PepsiCo Case Study: Uniting our people through a new support structure

A new focus on empathy, inclusion, support, and connection is vital to success now. Every company has been facing the enormous and urgent need to create a new support structure for employees at all levels – and we all managed to find things that helped unite people, keep energized and engaged despite the challenges. A few such things along with the learnings from us at PepsiCo Europe I’m going to share in my session.
